        Very disappointed with the customer service. I emailed a simple question and asked for advice about a designer belt and I was told to google it. I assumed someone who deals with designer items would be able to take a look or at least point me in the right direction as I would like to sell the belt. Really needs to learn how to properly communicate with customers. Just because someone is not physically in store to buy, doesnt mean you cant be polite to them. Everyone is a potential customer and you lose them with service like this.
