Raw Planet - Organic Juices, Smoothies, Real Fruit Ice Cream

Weird sour taint on my first thickshake, like the chocolate had turned... My replacement was a cheaper milkshake. For $11 it was a double disappointment. Will stick with getting something from the dairy next time for half the price.

got a really yummy waffle ice cream but after they took my order the two ladies stood out back talking for at least fifteen minutes and then came back and was very unorganised running around everywhere trying to find different ingredients to put inside the waffle. great ice cream, appalling service

The girl at the front desk was super lovely but when she gave our order to the blonde older lady (guessing its the owner) out the back, we heard her say I dont really feel like making juice today, gave us a look and just seemed super bothered and as if it was a huge hassle. Seemed very annoyed at us so we ended up removing the juice from our order. Walked away paying $18.50 for a real fruit ice cream and a single scoop of ice cream in a cup which is a rip off, and it had a hair in it.

Worst experience ever. Went to there with my family to have real fruit ice cream. The staff(or the owner) asked if we wanting small($7.50) or medium size. There was no price for medium so I thought it could be in between small and large, but it turned out the medium size we ordered was charged as large price($10.50) with One fruit (large size could choose TWO) Seeing reviews below even medium could choose 2 fruits, which we were never been told.
