        I am normally a fan of Tank but this store has got really bad recently. Only smoothies available now for 2 months (no salads or wraps). Today only large or mini size drinks too (no medium). Told the owner isn't bothered about the store as she is more interested in the porirua as well. I feel sorry for the staff who are friendly. Such a shame.

        Three people behind the counter, only one making drinks and if he was going any slower he would be going backwards! 20 minute wait and there was only 2 people ahead of me. Will never order from here again.

        The staff are slow and on their own time. Very rarely do they sell salads & when they do not all ingredients are available. Not sure whose running this show but there is definite room for improvement.

        Waited 9 minutes with only one customer to do before mine. No where near as flavourful as when I get this particular flavour literally anywhere else. Staff slow and both took off from the counter awol to deliver a drink by the looks for over half the time I stood waiting. The whole place looked messy and chaotic.
