I will NEVER use this company again. I bought a $20 phone case for my Samsung A53 from them in March and the coating started peeling off within two weeks. I took it back after five weeks but the manager said she would not give me a refund or a store credit and I had to email the business owner with my concern. I did not have the original receipt but I had proof of purchase on my credit card statement, which is all that is required for them to honour their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Five emails to the owner, Surya Lonappam, and over a week later, and they are refusing to budge. This is incredibly poor customer service and a complete rip-off. Deal with this company at your own risk. UPDATE: They have now told me I can go back to the store for a credit/refund. What a ridiculous rigmarole to have to go through over a $20 phone case. I hate to think how they would handle any return/refund situations of greater value. Buyer beware, that's all.
