the chick talked to me like i was a baby and they sad they throw all customer complaints in the bin. would not recommend going here. it was really sad seeing that is what they do for living

The manager (sorry I dont know his name) was so helpful and knowledgeable. Im super illiterate when it comes to technology but he transferred all of my stuff from my old phone (which was super busted up) to my new one and updated them both and everything. Super fast to help with any problems that came up as well. And gave me a really good deal. I know theres other phone places in the mall but I wouldnt bother going anywhere else but here, the service, knowledge and helpfulness of the manager was awesome.

Brought in an iPhone 12 mini that wasn't charging. The staff were really helpful, cleaned the charging port and microphone, checked it was charging and when I offered to pay there was no charge! Definitely worth supporting these guys.
