Karl was awesome - very professional and friendly and most importantly he achieved top $ in the sale We listed our Kapiti section for sale with Karl at a time (late Oct 22) when property prices were failing, needless to say our expectations of what offers we'd receive were on the low side. Karl not only managed to sell the section quickly (2 Dec) he achieved the asking price which I had thought would be all but impossible. Karl (at Sold On Kapiti) was great to deal with, very friendly and very professional, and kept us well informed though out the period of the sale. A job very well done. Best real estate experience ever. We sold our house with these guys. They got us what we wanted - in a tough market. They went the extra mile over and over and over - they worked so hard to get people through. They have great integrity. We loved working with them and would do it again in a heartbeat - it felt like a real team effort.

Fantastic Great service, particularly that Chris had taken time to think about the type of property that would suit & didnt have us viewing others for the sake of.
