        These guys used to be great. But no longer. I rung the office lady Donna several times trying to get a heat pump organized. I had a couple of questions about the quote they had provided around the installation. She said she would get back to me but she never did. I called again and left a message. No reply. I emailed, but no repy. l decided id give them one last chance, I called Donna and she was extremely rude and said shed talk to the installer and call me back, but never called me back. She never did. I gave up. i went somewhere else that did want my business. It's winter and we wasted 3weeks waiting for a reply. Obviously they have too much work to care about customer service.

        Guys came and did job was very good and took him 10 minutes and got involved within 5 minutes so I rang ask questions lady on phone so rude can't believe it and 10 minutes job 225 dollar. tomorrow I'm going to put it Facebook about experience i had today
