        It's a easy hike up to the Putangirua Pinnacles, you can choose if you want to walk through the forest or the dry river bed. In the lord of the rings movie, they used the Pinnacles as filming location for the "paths of death", so it's a must do for every fan - but also if you haven't seen the movies, they are spectacular!
