Do not purchase the care plans that they offer, it is a con/scam. Supposed to cover resizing of the item over its lifetime.

My sister had gone there to have a look around and gets asked from one of the ladies working there for her occupation to apparently see what would be best in her price range . So rude to ask someone based off their appearance. You should never ask/judge someone what they do for a living. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Was charged extra for extra protection that I never asked for but did not realise until I made payment then when I asked for a refund their machine was not working and I was told I couldnt get a a refund on that day and they will arrange it for the following weekif is now the following week and have not heard from this team since..

Was scared to walk in here again, and sure enough I had a pushy saleswoman trying to close me on a ring before I'd even seen the whole selection. I've been in sales for many years and it's disappointing to see that they haven't figured out this isn't the best way to run a business anymore. Need to catch up with the times. Good service wins every time, which is why I bought from another store with better service.
