I been to the Pascoe shop to buy quite a lot to buy Casio watch especially G-Shock ,but this time I have went to the Pascoe shop at Lower Hutt Queensgate Mall to buy a watch for my daughter ,a Indian guy came and asked me did I need any help I said no to him and then he asked me to remove my hat I feel like I was offended what is the point of removing my hat without removing my mask, i feel like asking him did you ever see a Asia Chinese robbing a jewellery shop in New Zealand , I can say he looked more like a scammer more than I was a robber!!! So dumb!!!

I wanted to buy a watch for Christmas 2021. The Indian woman who was the sales person spoke with us regarding the watch. I liked a Citizen watch which she told costs $199. However, I said that I will check other stores and come back. After few minutes, I returned to the same store and it was a different sales person as this Indian lady was at the back of stores. While I was about to make the payment this lady came behind us and made the other salesperson to go as she said we were her customers. I made the payment and got the warranty card and receipt. When I was about to leave, I saw that in the receipt it was written as Fossil watch. I felt somethint is wring and I notified it, she suddenly checked and found that they made a mistake in putting the wrong price. Actual selling price was $350. Then I told that I dont want this watch even though technically, I purchased the watch already. Suddenly this Indian woman called the other salesperson and spoke something. The other person came to apologize me to which I told it is not your mistake to apologize. Actually the wrong price was told to us by this Indian woman already. Later she made me to give all my contact details which i didn't understand why. Did not like the service specifically by this Indian woman. I actually helped them to save the $151 which they would have lost if I didn't mention it.

My wife recently went in to purchase a gold chain as a 21st birthday gift, after commenting that the first one she was shown was too thin for what we were after the saleswoman explained that the thicker ones would be out of our price range, despite my wife not giving the saleswoman a price range.... I would recommend Michael Hill instead, they didn't judge us based on appearance and we were happy to spend a few thousand dollars there instead.
