Latitude Homes

Our new home was built in Aotea (Wellington) through Latitude Homes. We were extremely happy with how the build turned out especially given it happened under the pressures of the pandemic. The quality of the build is superb and we are loving our new home. I was most impressed by the continued support we have received from Latitude after the build was completed. Highly recommend Latitude Homes for anyone embarkingon on building their home. Would especially like to give a shout out to Stefan (who was with us from the very start through to build completion, frequently going above and beyond his role to ensure we had the most up to date information), Amanda and Alix (always genuine in their communication and very quick to problem-solve) and Ryan (who worked hard to deliver a build despite the constant setbacks associated with covid). Latitude Wellington built our new home, a slight variation of the Whakamaru design, on our rural block in the Wairarapa in 2021. Working with Stefan, Amanda, Alix and the team at Porirua was incredibly easy - they made time to chat when we needed (including after work) as we made some changes though the design process. Things moved reasonably smoothly through consenting and into the build phase despite foundation issues and navigating through COVID. All the contractors used were also excellent to deal with and we continue to use their services today. Our only slight negative was a change in the builds project manager/s early on which wasnt clearly communicated to us and led to a lot of confusion at our end. We love our new house, it is a beautifully designed, incredibly warm and well built new home and was very well priced compared to many other local builders we considered. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Latitude Wellington regardless of where youre building in the Wellington region. Service: Home building
