        Just before the first covid lockdown in 2019 Wellington had two storms in which our concert tile roof (60 years) old started leaking quite badly even after only being repointed a few years before. This was just as we were heading into winter. EF Construction came to the rescue and was able to do the necessary work as an essential service. This included organising the scaffolding, removal of the concrete tiles, sourcing the colour steel and outsourcing the continuous spouting. This was done over the course of a week and following distancing protocols. Very happy with the results would recommend again. Services: Demolition, Roof installation, Project management, Waterproofing, Roof building
