        Rude, socially awkward, uncomfortable and unhelpful just a big waste of time really. I'd recommend: ANZ, Kiwibank, Westpac, ASB, or really any other bank over bnz

        my mortgage broker asked me to open an account with BNZ, so i went to the takapuna branch and staff asked which bank are you with ? ASB and ANZ I replied she said "why do you need another account then?" I was kinda shocked. My wife works for ASB and she was shocked as well the way she asked. I understand that they need to know customers intensions before they provide any service but that was rude for me.
