        Called the listed number - 5min to get through the phone menu to START waiting. 8min for an answer. Couldn't answer my question so I was given the Takapuna branch number. 3min wait to be told "the Takapuna branch is not answering their phone line at the moment'. Waste of time and effort.

        Dreadful customer service. Asking me what a cash lodgement was?? Telling me do you a deposit ! Then after three times saying the amount I was - depositing. The bank teller incorrectly entered the lodgement amount. To busy talking to her colleagues than focus on the customers needs. Awful bank. Thankfully I no longer use Westpac. Dreadful service from their Queen Street branch too.
