Best Customer Service experience from both the optometrist and shop assistant were the most amazing people. I must have tried on every pair of glasses in the shop and she was so patient. I am so excited for my new glasses to arrive. Couldn't be happier

I visited the optometrist for an eye check and bought new frames. Staff are really helpful and accommodating. They also have a nice range of frames to choose from :)

I recently had an eye test at Oscar Wylee, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Mr. Lobo was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He was patient, attentive and provided excellent customer service. The eye test was thorough and accurate, and I left feeling confident in my prescription. The staff at Oscar Wylee were also friendly and helpful especially the amazing and patient lady at the front, making the overall experience even better. The store had a great range of frames to choose from, and the lady helped me find the perfect pair that suited my style and needs.
