        Mum and I popped in today and the young girl there named Jessica was super lovely and super helpful. She was so kind and caring, I know its part of her job, but she went the extra mile to help us and make sure that we were well looked after. I fully appreciate her help with mums bracelet. She came up with solutions to our problem. When we went to Pandora new market on the 24th of December 2022, the young girl there acted like she could barely be bothered to help us. Just said we had to buy a new charm and sent us on our way. Which is why I appreciate that Jessica at botany took the time to find solutions to properly help us. She deserves an appreciation award.
