Have bought a watch from silvermoon. Was told best if the store orders it for me as it is the last watch they have in the country. They drop the price of the same watch to almost half the price a week after my purchase. They refused to refund the difference in price I have paid. They are claiming it was an error in the system and the watch should not be discounted like that. Staff from store was very helpful and responsive, however, the management has refused to give a refund for the price difference. Very disappointing and deceiving to drop the price and not have any stock available and also to refuse to give refund. Shop assistant also lied and said I can get a full refund if I change my mind about the watch. New shop assistant said that was not the case and I can only get a store credit.

This place went above and beyond for me. We purchased my engagement and wedding ring from here. I had an accident with my engagement ring, couldnt find my receipt. They found it and did EVERYTHING I needed to do for an insurance claim so when it came time For me to submit my claim it was accepted instantly as all the proof was there! The work done was incredible! I could not fault this place, thank you!

Rude staff and bad customer service. Staff do not listen to what you want! Also beware, they are not keen to help repair faulty items. Have emailed the Enquiries email Silvermoon provided for another customers review for some time now - still no response. ***** BUY FROM WALKER & HALL INSTEAD ***** Same prices & good customer service!!

Great service where my watch gifted to me was the wrong size , they were absolutely fantastic in offering a free resizing. Huge shoutout to Claudia and brylee.
