FedEx Station

They are very unprofessional specifically east tamaki nz station,we order some stuff from India and it suppose to be delivered by 4 may 2023 but we didn't get anything on that date then we contact to fed ex and they said our one of the courier driver came to your house but he said no body at home,man we live 7 adults together and we are at home we have cameras at home no body came to our house I also want to do a complaint about courier driver who handle the run of clendon park Manurewa. On the 5 th of may we called them to do request we can pick up that order because we need urgently and they said we gonna hold your parcel and we give you call or text for pickup and after that in the evening around 1pm we call them again they said your parcel out for delivery and they will deliver your parcel by 6 PM around 5:30 I call them again for asking about the parcel and they said your parcel still in the station and we cannot do anything with that because we are going to close for today and your parcel may deliver by Monday they are so unprofessional and misleading their customers.

Poor customer service. Had a parcel to be delivered to me, and no notification. Had to call to find out that delivery attempt was made, and that it was somehow my fault that I failed to pre-empt the delivery! Put in a request to pick up instead.
