2 Cheap Cars - Greenlane

Dropped by on my way to Cornwall Park. Was honest up front that we'd no intent to buy that day, but just wanted to get a feel for the driving position, fit and comfort of a few select models. Despite knowing this up front, the staff were super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the specific models, very impressed. If they have what I'm after when I'm ready to buy, I'll consider returning to them. Can't comment on the mechanical or structural quality of the cars, but the ones we sat in looked in reasonable condition.

Um, really bad? I went in to this location to trade in my car. The person there said they would call the finance company and get in touch with me. Ever since, they haven't been answering the phones. When I went to the location, they were meant to be open, but the gates were closed. I finally called up the finance company to ask where the process was, and this dealership hadn't even been in touch. Maybe something is going wrong at this particular location?

Worst customer service by this dealership. They called up following up if we wanted the car. I went and saw this finance lady as the sales person was busy and she was very arrogant and rude while serving. I asked few questions and she says she will come back to me in 1 to 2 days but its 4 days no response.I went to a different car dealer and bought the car definitely better customer service than this dealership.

I bought my car 2 months ago, I waited to review to make sure the car had no teething problems. It didnt, its a great little car! Such nice, friendly and relaxed service from Joey and others at Greenlane. Lovely people selling good, cheap cars - a winning combo
