        Service department never picks up their phone or returns calls from multiple left messages. Go to any of the other vw service centers for actual customer service.

        Great,honest service.Nice courtesy car,but pricy.Still they use only OEM parts and do not proceed with any work without the customer's approval.Will be going back.Even contemplating purchasing a vehicle from them (if all my stars align soon).Really liked their professional service and courtesy.Well done Newmarket Continental Cars.
