Continental Cars Audi

Had a really positive experience with Continental Cars Audi. It was my first time dealing with them and I was impressed with the service I received. My 2010 Audi S4 had a few engine issues that I needed to resolve. Chris in the service department made this really easy and stayed in touch throughout with updates. When the repair costs came in, he gave me three quotes with what I needed to do now and what could wait. I've had a couple poor experiences dealing with other high end car companies, so was happy that Continental Cars looked after me. Continental Cars were great to deal with and it didn't seem to matter that I had an older Audi. They gave me different options for the work that needed to be done now and could wait until later. They kept me updated and made the whole process easy. I'd come back to them and would recommend them to others. When I'm in the market for a new car, I'll remember this experience and how it made me feel.

Very disappointed. We purchased a used Audi Q5 July 2021 for $35,000 and the company would not go lower on price as that was a great price. Less than a year later and we only did 9,000 kms on the car they offered us $16,000 for it!!! Once we wrote a bad review on Google you then tell us to contact your used car sales manager and when we did contact her/him there has been no response. WOW guys seriously? Is this how you value your own cars? Is this how you value your clients? We have purchased 38 cars in our lives and have never lost this much money on a car. Just truly disappointed.
