Something had happened here as the food has been great for years but now it's an all time low.. Maybe the cook left?

We went to see Roger's chickens but he had cooked them all. Will NOT come again.

Closing time shows 10pm but when I reached there they already closed at 9:30 pm. This happened multiple time.
