Mark, Mel and the team have built a spectacular gym and an effective training methadology for people to continue to develop as athletes. Mark's gymnastics coaching is outstanding - he decodes how each person moves and provides specific cues and tactics to deliver progressive results.

        Inconsiderate to neighbours. Loud bas music and screaming voices at 8 am on a Saturday. You don't have to have your roller door open at that hour.

        Gyms are simply awful neighbours. While this one is located in a light industrial enclave, the awful noise this place generates has no respect for the RES1 (residential) rating of the homes across the road. Shouting, crashing and abominable "music". They also hog available street parking.
