Where do I even begin?! The owners and trainers are amazing, genuine people! Always smiling, amazing vibes and it rubs off onto the members! Never felt so welcomed on my first day. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel like I was a Day 1 member! The class programming is professional level, like, its hard to fault what they plan with the training blocks they use to develop their members. I was apart of V10 six week challenge as an online challenger and their app is so easy to use! Training program was so easy to follow with example vids for each exercise and progressive overload is easy to achieve with the help of the app! Followed their program to a T and received insane results!!! (See on their Instagram page!) Highly recommend!!!!

Recently did the v10cobalt challenge with the team. If you want to live the best and healthiest "you". Hit the team up! The community is warm, welcoming and encouraging. Doesnt matter if you do the online challenges or in-house. 100% recommend the team. Results will speak for themselves #lessssspushhh

Cobalt is an energy of its own, everyone is warm, welcoming and super encouraging. Even if you rock up half asleep they get the energy pumping out of you. (with fire beats as well and sometimes even sing-a-longs haha) I've never been good at consistently working out, and the past 7 weeks have been the most I've ever worked out in my life, because I actually look forward to being there! Thank you Cobalt team
