        Best gym for targeted strength training. The initial physio analysis to determine what muscles to target was essential for my own pain management plan. Excellent facilities and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable trainers who set this gym apart from standard gyms. Thanks to all the staff at MedStrength. Merry Christmas.
