I went into the store today to purchase a necklace, I stood there wanting service, the ones behind the counter couldn't be bothered serving me, there feet must have been glued to the floor but as soon as an Asian girl came in they couldn't give her enough service. It pays to be an Asian as they don't want to serve new Zealanders. Dont worry, your days coming, as bad service and poor manners will close a shop

We were totally ignored by the staff member. We were the only people in the store and she serviced the person who came into the store after us. When that customer left, she went back to ignoring us. If shes paid by commission she totally lost out.
