Pandora Newmarket

The pandora customer service is atrocious I was waiting to pick up my bracelet after cleaning which usually takes five minutes to pick up and the lady spent a very long time serving someone else and I had wait for 20 minutes for the person to fully finish serving the person and I didnt even get my bracelet back! What a bad customer service that is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous!!!!! The lady didnt even consider that I have places to be and I dont have all day to wait for my freaking bracelet!!!!

Huge thanks to Mandy! I was trying to purchase via Alipay but minor issues kept coming up and Mandy was so helpful and patient with me. I enjoyed the quality service from start to finish and she was absolutely lovely.
