        I came in store today looking for a gift and was helped by one of your staff members, Kate. She was amazingly helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and kind customer service. I hope to see her in store next time I need another gift.

        The variety of products has gone down and the price has gone up. Staffs were more interested in talking to each other about clothes than helping customers and were therefore very unapproachable which made the experience less than enjoyable. Walked out empty handed
