        Can you please just have more staffs on the weekend? Been standing and waiting in line for an hour.

        Waited 40 min in line only to be told they cant give cash out. Watched 3 staff members just chatting and not fussed about serving those of us in line and waiting. Only one person on the counter the whole time helping one customer. What a joke. Could have at least come and told us that the bank clearly no longer operates as a bank.

        Super poor customer service. Made an appointment a month ago to open new accounts, was given a hand written confirmation card but on the day they claim to have no record of it. Eventually after 10min of complaints we saw Abhay who was excellent (would personally give 5 stars) and got our accounts sorted. Many overseas bank accounts can be opened online (we couldn't open account with anz app), smh.
