        Hard to deposit money into the smart atm when the fing doors wont open. Ive had nothing but trouble with westpac the past two years and this is going to be the last small thing that makes me swap banks.

        went in at the weekend to use their new 24/7 smart ATM yet it stole my money. I then went in and had to wait 20 minutes to get my money back in what i thought was a quick deposit. i then went up and asked if i could deposit through them, the unhelpful lady told me that they dont deposit in weekends. Pretty useless branch/staff if you ask me.
