        Something has gone wrong with ASB Business Banking. We have enjoyed a great 30+ years relationship with the ASB until this year. First it took 3 months for them to open a new trust account and I believe it only got done in the 3 month time frame because of my persistent emails and phone calls to them. My current 2 month ongoing problem with them now is trying to get someone at the ASB to reply to email and phone communications to regarding our company account. It is so stressful!

        HI guys , i have been there at constellation branch , and they closed . but you could go to the wairau park branch.

        After being put out of work because of an accident. My friend tried to arrange a payment holiday or even reduced payments for a period while his leg healed. Asb refused to help him and then started helping themselves to his benefit and rent money. After being an asb customer since primary school I will be closing my account in support. Banks should have more of a social conscience.
