Great company to deal with, hire at a very reasonable pricing. Picked up at the airport, from a very friendly driver, taken a short ride to the car pick-up. Car very clean and modern, was a pleasure to drive, they dropped me back at the airport at the end of the time. Will definitely use again for my next trips to the North Island.

Having used MODE on previous trips to NZ we were more than happy to use them again on our most resent trip back home. We completed the check-in online, which made for a very quick process when picking up the vehicle. Once we had cleared customs at WGTN airport, and call to MODE and a van was there to pick us up within 10mins depot is only 5mins away and we were heading away from Wellington 5mins later. The only negative comment I would have, is that the email advising of the pick up procedure states that you will be meet inside the terminal at Wgtn. but its only a short walk to the pick up point, maybe update this info to clear up any confusion. Drop off was even quicker, and we were back at the departure terminal ready to head back to our other home The deposit we made for insurance excess was refunded within a couple of days. All in all I would recommend MODE as a great choice of affordable rental car hire.

A first class service from start to finish! Jerry and the team have helped me on many occasions with bookings, communicating with me quickly and politely and ensuring that we have everything covered. It is an easy booking and pick up/drop off process and it's great for me to have the peace of mind and reassurance that everything will go smoothly. The vehicles are always in excellent condition inside and out and the service to and from the airport is also a real bonus for me. Keep up the good work guys, I'll be seeing you all again soon!
