Heres my honest review your business is a rip off an customer service are full of excuses we booked a car corporate and when it came to the roadside assistance I was left on the side of the road for six hours the 1st 2hours they said truck was on the way then another 2 hours later that a truck was on the way and should have been then I waited another 2hours to receive a call from rescue that they just got a call at 9pm that we needed help then 10pm came around to a truck arriving with a car for us that was empty of fuel and then we were on our way got to our destination were charged a tank of fuel and 2 extra days for the car your manager still owes me a phone call which I've rang multiple times and been ignored I'm disgusted by the service

We made a booking to collect a car after landing. Called them at 6:30 when their closing time was 7, nobody answered. Called every number we could find on their site, as well as elsewhere. Ended up having to get a cab into the city, and a cab back first thing the next morning to collect our car. They gave our car away, and then had the gall to ask us to pay more for a different car after costing us $150 in cabs. Truly terrible branch, I hope the whole company doesn't operate in this way.
