        Poor communication. I emailed them with the times we were arriving weeks prior to our holiday, because we would be getting out of the airport right on closing time. Instead of giving us notice they called 30 minutes before closing and emailed us forms to fill out. We had to mess around with that while we were going through customs. They had weeks to send us forms, why last minute? They held $500 and said it would be retuned in 7 days. It's been 16 days and it still isn't returned. My bank needs EZU to release the funds. I emailed 3 different adresses for EZU and have recieved no reply. Don't rent here if you want your deposit back. Otherwise the car was fine.
