JUCY Car Rental and Campervan Hire Auckland Airport

Super duper friendly. Gave us our van a day early and didnt charge any extra! Answered all our crazy questions with a smile! Everything was in our van that we needed. Aloha and mahalo Auckland juicy team !

My experience with Jucy was great! This is the second time we have hired a camper from Jucy and have enjoyed it both times! Such an easy camper to drive (we got the Condo) and I felt safe driving it even when the roads were not great or we were in Windy Gorges. It had everything we needed in it! Everything worked well. Great being able to have a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Cant wait to pick a camper up from Jucy next year! A++! Definitely recommend.

+ staff was really nice and friendly (liked that everybody was funny and did not took life too serious) + fast repair of the car (we had a little accident) + free stuff from other campers for sharing + transfer (but would be nice if thered be a sign at the airport to be sure that youre waiting at the right spot) + drop off in Queenstown was really easy and fast (Office also looked more modern) - old cars (ours had 370.000km and made strange engine-noises, also the check engine light lit up) - the staff didnt explain much about how the car worked - had to buy our own usb plug + Aux-cable somewhere else (would be nice if we could have bought/lend it at the rental) - brochure said there was an usb port that worked over the second battery (never found that one, guess not all of them have it) - didnt liked the way how the window-curtains worked (maybe velcro would be better, the buttons were annoying and some didnt even work anymore) All in all it was ok, but pricy for the condition of the car (we booked the cabana)

Second time renting a camper from Jucy, I love using their vehicles. Check in was a disaster, arrived on time, checked in, only to be told 30 minutes later that my vehicle had only just returned and I had to wait another 60 minutes. I left 90 minutes after my check in time, thats not ok. I asked the staff for the manager to ring me, no phone call. Maybe Jucy just don't care about their customers and feedback? Loved the campvan, they are so well decked out and are so easy to use. Pity about the service or I would of given 5 stars.
