Despite having to change my relocation plan a few times, Pam was there every step of the way, making necessary adjustments and keeping me informed throughout the process. Just wanted to say how awesome Hepe & his crew are doing today. So professional, careful, positive and just an overall amazing service. Obviously never used movers before, let alone for an overseas move, but they are making the experience enjoyable for sure. Thank you for sending them and helping with this big move :) and thank you for all of your help too. We asked for a couple of quotes and you were the easiest and quickest to deal with. Poor communication - twice now there has been either zero, or very short notice as to when large shipments will be delivered, causing unnecessary stress

Buyer beware - NZ Van Lines and their affiliated companies intentionally mislead you when providing quotes, then will charge you hidden fees. They also seem to overstate third party charges, which are passed off to you. This is fair warning that you will be treated the same. They are not transparent. I paid for all inclusive, door-to-door shipping of personal belongings through Anglo Pacific that was delivered through NZ Van Lines. When the items arrived at the port, they notified me and asked for delivery details, then submitted an invoice for customs & biosecurity fees, which were also mentioned as being paid for in my initial quote that I paid.
