The worst customer service experience I have come across in years! Arrived in domestic, called for pick up. After waiting about half an hour I called back and got bounced off with a very rude response and the lady hung the phone up on me. Seriously how you can hang up on a loyal client. It took about an hour and something to get my car, missed an appointment that I had line up which cost me $70but the worst was her rude unacceptable customer service. Our family wont be returning back. Update 2/5/23 - still waiting for the managers reply to my email to sort things out.

Might be one of the rudest services I experienced, hanging up on me twice while asking for directions because it was hard to hear on speaker phone with multiple people speaking
