        Dropped our Tesla yesterday around 1pm. It was busy, the staff were curt at best. I left the keys and instructions to please plug the car in. Its now nearly 10am the next day, Ive ring three times asking why its not plugged in, first time I was told I didnt request a charge (untrue) second time (yesterday around 5pm) I was assured it would be plugged in. Third time I was told it might be plugged in within the hour. The car has given me numerous warnings the battery is dangerously low and thus Ive made numerous calls. Its a pricey service, and a serious issue if my car gets too low. Im disappointed and annoyed and confounded as to why a simple issue is so difficult to resolve.
