        Terrible service, did not want to assist at all. Before leaving the lady at the counter commented I would have to print out digital documents before being scanned on there machines. Are you kidding me!

        Needed some FX, ordered it and it did not arrive as planned. Out of control situation of Bank. Staff and Manager Sheila went out of their way to help and with constant communication with me made it happen just in time for me to take my Overseas Trip.
