I really want to give a very big thanks to MARIA your employee at LOVISA Glenfield Mall as she returned my Golden chain worth $1500 which lost today morning .I came after 4 hours looking for chain she returned my chain. Had a great piercing experience by Maria in Lovisa glenfield. She was kind and thorough with her knowledge and was very patient with me, regardless of the fact that the Store was busy. Management needs to have two employees on, don't know how they juggle that.

Awesome little shop, lots of different styles. Great staff. I got my seconds pieced by Brooke, who was beyond lovely and really helpful. I didnt really know what I wanted (placement wise), she was awesome and made me feel so comfortable. Clean and quick. Thank you Brooke for being so accommodating for me and my friend.
