Every time I walk into the Glenfield branch I get assaulted by super aggressive salespeople. Give us a chance to at leat walk in the door. I wanted to buy a watch but I guess I will go elsewhere.

A salesperson helped me fix the necklace that I bought from there and Im happy I can wear it again. However, I dont like her passive aggressive attitude towards me. I waited to be assisted by another salesperson because I have a negative vibe from her but that other salesperson was busy. I was left with a rude salesperson and regretted not following my intuition. The rude salesperson needs to seriously fix her attitude. Maybe she thinks Im young, broke and is just browsing. I dont know but overall, its just annoying to be judged.

Was looking for a female wrist watch, couldn't find in south auckland so was directed to Glenfield, the male worker(not sure of name sorry) there was so polite and professional which made my day, also thanks allex for keeping the order ready for me, cheers

We have been served by Chris, such a cheerful and bubbly soul, explained us with patience on all the questions we asked and gave us nice suggestions and he is a great salesman too. We came to buy 2 watches end up buying 5 though.. Thanks Chris
