Went in to Glenfield Mall today to buy a ring I had been thinking about for a while. The shop assistant Maria was so lovely, let me try on all the different options and was very sweet and patient the whole time. Had a great experience and will definitely shop here again!

I just happen to be passing by and I witnessed a senior staff member yelling loudly and swearing using F words at another staff while no customers were inside the store. This occurred on 8/8/ 2022, between 3:10 PM and 3:15 Pm at the glenfield store. I saw the bullied staff member crying and very upset after she was verbally abused by the short, dark haired middle aged lady who was obviously managing the shop at the time. I then approached the staff member and gave her my phone number in case she needs a witness to the said incident. This kind of attitude at any workplace is not to be tolerated, and the guilty staff member should be disciplined and should undergo more training, and if it keeps happening, I feel that said senior staff should resign as I can clearly see that her attitide is extremely inappropriate, or better yet, be demoted to a more junior position.

I was greeted by a lovely lady who goes by the name of Rowan.She was very knowledgeable about the items in store and gave great advise.Will definitely recommend Rowan to anyone wanting above and beyond service.
