        Went to swap a ripped bank note, that u can do at any bank, was ask what bank i was with, anz. Told to go there. Anz was cclosed took it to asb, they where freindly, and happily swaped the note . kiwibank...must be bankist. Will register my car elsewhere now

        Reasonably Friendly staff. New staff members on board at their branch Unsure on how to assist customers who are seeking service. They need more training and education. I had to go to another Kiwibank branch to reach my outcome !
