ANZ Stoddard Road BRANCH

The staff at this particular ANZ branch is atrocious for rudeness. I've reviewed this branch two years ago, and still this issue of poor customer service still hasn't been addressed. I'd vouch for the branch to either get staff to undergo training or close it, as ANZ has done with other branches around Auckland.

Very rude elder Indian Lady at reception. Forgot to get her name. For some reason when you come here you feel unwanted and can feel the negative energy.. location is nice and clean but that lady needs to work on her customer service skills as shes representing a large Business.

I dont know what it is about being an ANZ customer that makes you feel more like an unwanted visitor. I walked into the Sans on Saturday to get change for my cash register in my bar. I waited outside for a couple of minutes being kept occupied watching the staffs children played inside. There were no other customers when he finally came to open the door. I asked them for change and to my surprise and told me that he could not give me any change because they dont do that service on the Saturday. He told me no ANZ branch does cash business on a Saturday. Thats absolutely no use to me whos business is maximum at the weekend. I dont know the stuff seem like they have no drive, purpose or energy. I dont know, I have been looking for more and more reasons to move banks from ANZ this is another one to add to the list
