        I was supposed to pay $195 rent into an account but there's no cash service and the ATM wouldn't accept my notes. I've already been on a wild goose chase today and now my stress levels are through the sky into the stratosphere

        2:15 pm 27/Oct/2022 walked in to my local westpac bank and immediately was turned away to open a day to day bank account because theyre too busy according to Suzan. Terrible customer service extremely appalling.

        This looks like a bank and I queued to get cash out, but was informed they don't give out cash...I guess that is why it is now called a Help Station. Definitely not impressed with the way banks seem to be phasing out cash use..
