        Canon has been so helpful, their service was fast and efficient. Goran and Adrian have been amazing to deal with, I couldn't recommend Canon enough! Also very helpful going directly to canon for services :)

        I have leased a printer from Canon for around 7 years. Sadly our office was a victim of the recent floods in Auckland and the printer was slightly damaged. We need Canon to move it to our new location and fix the slight issue. They have been the most unhelpful supplier during our recent flooding, made everything difficult and were unpleasant to deal with. I tried to ring their CEO to talk about my experience and left a message for him/her to call me with an assistant, and so far, no call (well over a week later). I will never lease from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
