        Warning, Never buy a Samsung Flip phone, the break at the fold. Had two and they have both done this within a year. Samsung will charge over $700 to fix

        Don't buy directly off Samsung as they are awful to deal with if you have issues with a phone. I had an issue, and they wanted me to drive an hour each way (at least) to get them to check it at their only Auckland repair store in Albany. You'd get way better service buying it through a carrier as if you have issue's you can take it to any of their stores. I'm still waiting for a resolution over 4 weeks later

        Absolutely incredible products when they work and don't suddenly stop working. When that happens, good luck getting customer support. It's taken 8months of back and fourth with Samsung to get support when my television started showing issues of turning on.
