Zero cellphone 1 year insurance if you have a genuine stolen phone, paid $119.00.... TOS legality is a way NL wrangles out of most cellphone replacements. Won't go back.

I ordered a TV, Washing Machine and Dryer 3 weeks ago, supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, it rescheduled to yesterday, when i called to see when it will be here, they said it's been rescheduled to the 2nd of December another month away! Another whole month without clean clothes! Spoke to the Store manager who was very unhelpful to resolve my issues. Had to take time off work to get my refund back, drove to 100% in Albany and purchased the exact same items, delivery the next day and $300.00 cheaper. The Noel Leeming items were on Sale! and 100% weren't and 100% was still $300 cheaper?

The online chat team lied about price matching not being available - they even said that price matching isn't available in store. Not referring to a specific product or service to match, they said the price matching service in general was not on offer. I called their contact centre, who confirmed that was not the case. Some very dodgy trading practices!
