I have just been told my son is stuck in Auckland however he has gone into the branch to try and access his money , he has got his access number and bank details on him, also he has a photo of his licence on his phone and a copy on his file. But for some reason he has been turned away and denied help so I am wanting an explanation as to why this has happened now my boy has to sleep in the carpark untill he can get home or receive help. He resides in whangarei.

Terrible customer service. Unhelpful, unkind and rude. Also as a bank just very unbothered and unwilling to help. Switching banks

This is a new concept to me. A bank that doesn't accept cash deposits. I was directed to the ATM with my $8,000 cash from a vehicle sale to do the deposit. Buuut, the ATM only accepts up to $5k a day. A bit of a waste of my time 20 minutes trying to feed the machine and very very inconvenient. I found out about the $5k limit when it started spewing my returned notes back out of the machine all over the ground right in front of busy shoppers. Seriously Kiwibank, accept deposits "your a bank" :/
