I would like to thank ANZ for having fabulous caring staff like Jocelyn Chant. Today I was victim of a bank scam, I was so nervous and worry, Jocelyn was in the middle of processing one of her job and apparently she was so busy, I interrupted her and ask her help. She was kind and patient, she did her best to make me calm and provide me the best service. Thank you Jocelyn. You are perfect. I wish you the best in your life.

After seen some reviews, I afraid how the processing would be. I would like to share my personal experience, today I went to ANZ bank at Sylvia park to activate my account, the executive in front office is welcoming and convey our msg to banking executive Ms Mazi and she patiently listen my requirements and collect all the details and informed to Senior Consultant Ms Mayura, she is extremely helpful and totally ease my activation process and on the spot activate my account and given debit card as well. Extend to this, she also help me to takeout the transaction receipts to apply my IRD number. Both Ms Mazi & Ms Mayura are excellent in customer relationship and very very helpful for the new comers arrive to NZ. PS: I have booked the online appointment but I have asked to postpond the schedule, but the customer care given a one month later date appointment. Even thoug my actual reschedule appointment is next month, but the above are help me to get the account activated by today itself.
